O’Neill & Co. successfully completed the auction of 21 North Main Street, Naas, which took place yesterday at Lawlor’s Hotel, attracting a strong turnout and significant interest from buyers.
The property, which had been home to a long-established local business, was brought to market following the retirement of owner Catriona Byrne, who successfully traded from the premises for more than 50 years. The property sold under the hammer for €440,000.
The level of attendance and engagement at the auction reflects continued confidence in prime commercial opportunities in Naas and highlights ongoing demand for well-located Main Street properties.
Commenting following the sale, Darac O’Neill of O’Neill & Co. said:
“It was very encouraging to see such strong interest in this property. The result demonstrates the continued appeal of well-positioned commercial assets in Naas, particularly those with strong visibility and long-term potential. We would like to wish Catriona Byrne every success and happiness in her retirement after such a remarkable business journey.”
O’Neill & Co. thanked everyone who attended the auction and participated in the process.
