High-tech food innovation begins life in Naas

We are delighted to be a part of the team who are bringing fresh-gourmet-pizza-cooking-terminals to Ireland.

Already proving popular across Europe and North America, these machines have generated over 8 million pizza sales per year in France alone!

Two Naas-based French businessmen spotted the opportunity to bring this innovative food service to the Irish market, launching Bosca Pizza in December 2022.

The brothers, who have worked in the food and restaurant business in Ireland for over 20 years, recognised the cooking terminal’s potential and secured an exclusive license from the manufacturer to distribute machines in Ireland.

The flagship Bosca Pizza premises opened in Naas, Co. Kildare in December, serving a choice of fresh pizzas, 24/7. All pizzas are made with fresh ingredients and are cooked to order on handmade wood-fired sourdough bases.

Although early days for this fledgling enterprise, customer feedback, and repeat business have been excellent.

The machine’s technology is truly remarkable! The unmanned, cashless terminals take less than 3 minutes to serve up a fresh hot pizza, or just 30 seconds for a cook@home option. 

Remote, real-time information ensures that the customer always receives a fresh product, preventing pizzas being sold after 72 hours. Pizzas can be pre-ordered through the Bosca Pizza App which also offers a loyalty reward programme, and promotional notifications.
