Newbridge is situated some 38 kilometres from Dublin city centre and 17 kilometres from Naas. The town serves as an important commercial and services centre for the county. The rapid development of the town centre over the past 10 years with the development of Whitewater Shopping Centre has seen the town move from a traditional industrial and garrison town to a retail and business hub serving a large hinterland, which itself has seen significant population growth. Important employers located in Newbridge include Pfizer, Newbridge Silverware and Oral B.
Rose Earley’s is located on the junction of Eyre Street with Georges Street. Eyre Street runs parallel to Main Street connecting College Road and Station Road. The location is predominantly commercial in character, however a number of apartment complexes have been constructed on the street over the last decade.
